East Atlanta is a friendly, hip neighborhood about three miles southeast of Downtown Atlanta. The center of the neighborhood is the active East Atlanta Village, with eclectic shops, restaurants, night life and outdoor dining around the intersection of Glenwood Avenue and Flat Shoals.

The homes surrounding the East Atlanta Village (EAV) are primarily bungalows, Victorians, post-war ranch style homes and a few new or newer Craftsman style homes. Home values range from about $150K for a simple range, $275K for a renovated bungalow and $300K+ for the new construction Craftsmans.
